Terms & Conditions — cb99ed User Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the cb99ed website accessible at https://cb99ed.cam, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and associated digital services.
• "cb99ed," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform and its affiliated entities, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered user account held on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of all real-money funds credited to a Player's Account, net of withdrawals, losses, and fees.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by cb99ed subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required before a Player may make their first withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the reference time zone for all scheduled events, promotional deadlines, and customer service hours stated on the Platform.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator, the certified software that determines all game outcomes on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on cb99ed, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. cb99ed strictly enforces the Indonesian age-of-majority standard of 21 years for gambling activity.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
4. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by cb99ed or any affiliated responsible-gaming registry.
5. You must not be accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of accessing and using the Platform in your jurisdiction.
6. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of cb99ed or any of its software suppliers or game providers.

When registering an Account on cb99ed, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Maintain only one Account per person. Opening duplicate Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify cb99ed immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Update your account details promptly when any information changes.

cb99ed reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2, or where registering the applicant would violate applicable law or our licensing conditions.

Each Account is personal to the registered Player. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party. cb99ed is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

cb99ed is required by its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph of your valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional) or a valid passport, showing all four corners without glare or obstruction.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face, demonstrating physical possession of the document.
• Proof of Payment Method: Verification that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits belongs to you (for example, a bank statement header or e-wallet profile screenshot showing your name and account number).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document dated within the last three months showing your name and residential address.

cb99ed aims to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. During peak periods, reviews may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified by email once your verification is complete or if additional documents are required.

cb99ed accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction, unless a specific promotion states a higher minimum.
• Maximum Deposit: Per-transaction and daily deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. Players may request an increase to their deposit limit by contacting customer support.
• Processing Time: Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (WIB). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are processed in real time, 24 hours a day.
• Deposit Ownership: All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. cb99ed does not accept third-party deposits. Any funds received from a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
• No Deposit Fees: cb99ed does not charge processing fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which cb99ed accepts no responsibility.

cb99ed reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the source of any deposit where the transaction amount or pattern raises a compliance concern. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the deposit being returned and the Account being restricted.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Verification Requirement: Your Account must have passed KYC verification (Clause 4) before any withdrawal is processed. cb99ed will not release funds to an unverified Account.
• Matching Payment Method: Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the cb99ed Account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• Processing Time: The majority of withdrawal requests are processed within 5–30 minutes during standard banking hours (WIB, Monday to Friday). Requests submitted outside banking hours or on Indonesian public holidays may take up to the following business day to clear. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO and DANA are available around the clock.
• Pending Bonus Wagering: Withdrawals cannot be processed while active Bonus Funds with outstanding wagering requirements remain on your Account. You may forfeit any active bonus before requesting a withdrawal, subject to Clause 7.
• Withdrawal Fees: cb99ed does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may deduct their own transfer fees.
• Large Withdrawals: Requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction may be subject to additional compliance review and may be processed in multiple installments at cb99ed's discretion.

cb99ed offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, and Ramadhan. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier and qualifying games are listed on each individual promotion page. Bets placed on certain game categories (for example, live dealer baccarat or specific low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward the wagering requirement.
• Validity Period: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period, and any associated Bonus Funds will be removed from your Account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time.
• Bonus Abuse: cb99ed employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permitted single bet is Rp 200.000 or 10% of the remaining wagering requirement, whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may be voided.
• Forfeiting a Bonus: You may forfeit any active bonus at any time through your Account dashboard. Forfeiting a bonus will remove the Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds. Real-money balances are not affected.

cb99ed reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses that are already active on a Player's Account.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on cb99ed:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by cb99ed. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number. cb99ed reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason.
• Palpable Errors: In the event that odds, lines, or game configurations are published due to a manifest technical or human error (a "palpable error"), cb99ed reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Players. cb99ed will make all reasonable efforts to identify and correct palpable errors promptly.
• Football & Sportsbook Betting: All football markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, and international tournaments, are governed by the specific sports rules displayed in the sportsbook section. Mix parlay (accumulator bet) selections require a minimum of three legs and are settled based on final results including any overtime periods where applicable.
• Togel Markets: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted by independent third-party operators. cb99ed publishes results as provided by those operators and accepts no liability for delays or inaccuracies in result reporting beyond our reasonable control.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play odds may be suspended at any time due to events in the match (e.g., a red card, a goal, or a technical incident). Bets placed before a suspension are honored; bets placed during a suspension are void.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software. Game-specific rules, paytables, and RTP percentages are displayed within each game. In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection, cb99ed's records shall be the definitive reference for all unsettled bets.
• Disconnection Policy: cb99ed is not liable for losses resulting from your internet disconnection during a game session. If a game is interrupted before a result is determined, the Platform will attempt to reconnect and restore your session. If restoration is not possible, the bet will be treated according to the individual game provider's disconnection rules.

cb99ed is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to manual users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or loopholes to derive a financial benefit. Players who discover a bug are obligated to report it to support immediately.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or syndicate betting strategies that exploit promotional terms at scale in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization.
• Any conduct that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal offense.

Where cb99ed has reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account is involved in prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to suspend the Account, withhold withdrawals, and conduct a thorough investigation before making any final determination. Players affected by such investigations will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken, except where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing fraud.

cb99ed takes its duty of care toward Players seriously. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible free of charge through your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality-Check Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications at intervals you specify, reminding you of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of cb99ed's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

cb99ed collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, and role-based access controls limiting staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

cb99ed does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Platform (such as payment processors and KYC verification partners) strictly under confidentiality agreements, and with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cb99ed's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cb99ed expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment processor downtime, natural disasters, and government-mandated access restrictions.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure or from unauthorized access to your Account where you have been negligent.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subject to change without notice (for example, odds, promotional terms, or banking processing times).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cb99ed holds its international gaming license. To the extent that any dispute arises between cb99ed and a Player who is a resident of Indonesia, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of one party notifying the other in writing, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.

cb99ed reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered Players by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter any substantive right or obligation), changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.
