Discover the story behind Indonesia's premier online casino and sports betting platform: our founding principles, the values we live by, and our unwavering commitment to serving Indonesian players with integrity.
From a focused idea to Indonesia's most trusted gaming destination
cb99ed was founded on a straightforward observation: Indonesian players deserved a platform built specifically for them — not a generic offshore casino with an IDR currency toggle bolted on, but a truly local-first experience where every feature, payment option, and support interaction reflects the realities of everyday life in Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, and beyond. That conviction has guided every decision we have made since day one, and it continues to shape the platform you use today.
The founding team at cb99ed combined deep expertise in online gaming technology with on-the-ground knowledge of Indonesia's digital payments landscape, mobile-first user behavior, and the cultural significance of football — from BRI Liga 1 passion to Timnas Indonesia (Garuda) World Cup qualifier fever. We understood that bandar bola (football bookmaker) services needed to reflect Asian handicap conventions, that togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) players wanted a trustworthy digital home, and that slot enthusiasts searching for slot gacor (high-frequency payout slots) expected transparency about RTP and volatility rather than marketing hype. Our platform was built to address all of these needs honestly and professionally.
From our earliest days, cb99ed prioritized three non-negotiable pillars: security, speed, and service. Security means SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and rigorous KYC verification so that every account belongs to a legitimate, age-verified player. Speed means deposit processing in under 60 seconds via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay — and withdrawal turnaround averaging 5 to 30 minutes during banking hours (WIB). Service means a 24/7 customer support team composed of native Indonesian speakers who understand local slang, local bank transfer quirks, and local sporting culture.
Today, cb99ed hosts over 2,000 casino games sourced from globally respected studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe. Our sportsbook covers BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, the Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, and the FIFA World Cup — along with badminton Grand Slams, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and emerging e-sports titles like Mobile Legends MPL and PUBG Mobile. Whether you are placing a weekend mix parlay (accumulator bet) or spinning a progressive jackpot slot between matches, cb99ed delivers a seamless, fair, and rewarding experience.
Responsible gaming sits at the heart of everything we do. cb99ed enforces a strict 21+ age policy, offers comprehensive self-exclusion and deposit-limit tools, and actively encourages players to set personal budgets before they play. We believe that sustainable entertainment — not reckless chasing of losses — is what creates a loyal, happy player community. Our investment in responsible-gaming infrastructure is not a regulatory checkbox; it is a genuine expression of how we view our relationship with the people who trust us with their leisure time.
Looking ahead, cb99ed remains committed to continuous improvement. We expand our game library every month, negotiate better odds with leading sportsbook data suppliers, and refine our mobile app based on direct feedback from players in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Makassar alike. Our mission is simple: be the platform that Indonesian players recommend to their friends — because it is fast, fair, and genuinely built for them.
Six reasons thousands of Indonesian players choose cb99ed over the competition
cb99ed operates under an international gaming license and maintains SSL-encrypted connections across every page. Provably fair game certification and independent RNG audits give you confidence that every outcome is genuinely random and unmanipulated.
Instant deposits and withdrawals via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All balances displayed in Rupiah with no hidden currency conversion fees — what you see is exactly what you receive.
Our automated withdrawal engine processes the vast majority of payout requests within 5–30 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (WIB). E-wallet withdrawals via OVO and DANA are available around the clock, including weekends and public holidays.
cb99ed publishes verified RTP percentages for every slot game and displays live market odds that are independently benchmarked against global competitors. We actively work to offer among the best prices available for BRI Liga 1, EPL, and Champions League markets.
Every agent on our 24/7 support team is a fluent Indonesian speaker who understands local culture, bank transfer specifics, and football betting conventions. Reach us via live chat or WhatsApp and expect a response in under 2 minutes, any time of day.
We enforce a strict 21+ age gate, offer deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, reality-check pop-ups, and voluntary self-exclusion periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Responsible gaming is a core product feature at cb99ed, not an afterthought.
The principles that guide every product decision, every support interaction, and every promotional offer at cb99ed
Values are only meaningful if they are reflected in measurable outcomes. At cb99ed, each of the principles below has a corresponding operational metric that our teams track weekly — from withdrawal processing times and chat response rates to the number of players who voluntarily used our deposit-limit tools in a given month.
We publish game RTPs, bonus wagering requirements, and withdrawal terms clearly and prominently. No fine print traps, no bait-and-switch offers, no withheld winnings on technicalities.
Every feature we build starts with the question: "Does this make life easier or more enjoyable for an Indonesian player?" Payment flows, customer support scripts, and bonus structures are all designed from the player's perspective.
Two-factor authentication, end-to-end SSL, fraud detection algorithms, and manual KYC review work in concert to protect your account and your funds at every moment.
We release product updates multiple times per month based on player feedback gathered through support tickets, surveys, and social listening. If something frustrates our players, we fix it — fast.
We monitor gameplay patterns for signs of problem gambling and proactively reach out to players whose behavior suggests distress. We would rather lose short-term revenue than harm a player's wellbeing.
